One-shot dispensing or batch counting and dispensing in 24/7 operations
Operating principle
Products such as envelopes, telephone cards, different paper sizes, carton blanks are stacked in the feeder's magazine. The bottom product rests on a friction belt and is pulled out from under the stack when the belt moves. A friction roll keeps the product above in place. The gap between the friction belt and the friction roll is adjustable and set to match the thickness of the product. Friction feeders can dispense in one-shot mode or batch mode.
